This tent site is located near the bottom of Wingfield loop near the Read loop intersection. It is partially shaded and private on the rear and left sides. The military fencing is within view across the street.
First Landing Camping Site 123
Site 123 has nice flat parking for 2 cars. It has an elevated campsite. It has dense vegetation to the right side of the campground but is otherwise fairly open to people passing by.
The camp site for Site 123 is approximately 20 feet in length x 30 feet wide, not including surrounding common area. This is a tent-specific site so it does not have water and electric hookups available. However, water spigots are located throughout the campground. Restrooms and showers are available at the bathhouse. A maximum of 6 guests can camp here. Pets must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet in length. Like other sites, the campfire area includes a picnic table, as well as a fire ring with grate. You can find some tips on what you might want to bring on your camping trip here
